A message from Daz

I built this site after having an amazing reaction and outcome from keto, but from not finding too much help online for keto-based recipes which weren’t super high in fat or low in fibre.
I found myself using AI and other tools to help create me recipes to try and thought it would be great to share these for others to try, and also comment on.
Using my approach to keto I lost 20% of my body weight, went from a BMI of 26.5 to 21, dissolved multiple lipomas, cured my sciatica, tennis elbow, life-long skin conditions…basically fixed myself entirely, and I want to help fix you to.
My approach to keto is different, it’s low fat, high fibre, tightly controlled but you’ll never miss beer, or pizza because you will get to eat them. I teach looking forward to “naughty” foods as reward and not missing them.
